The cases of two adolescents with neck lymphadenitis respectively coming from Morocco and Philippines are described. They were eventually diagnosed with tuberculous lymphadenitis (TBL). The clinical features, the risk factors and the diagnostic approach of TBL are also discussed.

A girl who limps

The authors describe the case of an eleven-year-old girl with a complex vascular malformation of the right thigh presenting with moderate oedema and lameness that were previously misinterpreted as a post-traumatic condition.
