A little girl with limp and constipation

A case of a sixteen-month-old girl with limp and constipation do to abdominal neuroblastoma is presented. The clinical presentation of neuroblastoma is highly variable, ranging from a mass that causes no symptoms to a primary tumour that causes critical illness as a result of local invasion, widely disseminated disease, or both.
