A young girl arrives at the hospital unconscious, although her vital signs are stable, with no signs of neurological or metabolic damage. The father reports that she has recently shown signs of anxiety and sadness due to her mother’s illness. After a clinical evaluation, the most likely diagnosis is conversion disorder, which might be linked to emotional trauma.
