We report the case of a 24 years old boy with Prader-Willi syndrome and severe obesity (BMI=66). He suffered from breathing difficulties especially during sleep and snoring. We performed a polysomnography which showed an obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome with severe arterial oxygen desaturation. Continuous positive airway pressure treatment led to a great improvement of oxygen saturation.
